Our Values
Founded in 2019 by three freelancers with complementary skills, with the aim of creating the company ‘they would have liked to be hired by’. 2Gezer was born under the sign of the Zebra.
The Zebra 2Gezer
The Zebra, our emblem, expresses the fact that, like so many of our colleagues, we provide consulting and project services in IT, CRM and data, but we want to do so differently and in as much harmony as possible with the world around us.
Like the zebra, similar to the horse we know, but... different and living in harmony with its natural ecosystem.
Our three core values
Commitment
Commitment to our customers, our employees and partners, and commitment to society. Long-term vision, encouragement of eco-responsible practices, and a model of giving back (a percentage of the company's performance and time is dedicated to community projects or projects related to ecology) are all elements that we have embedded in 2Gezer's DNA.
CoConstruction
A value that we uphold in the projects we carry out with our clients. We do not view our relationship as one between ‘client and supplier’; rather, we build our solutions through rich exchanges with all stakeholders. Co-construction is also key for our company. We want our employees and partners to participate in important decisions affecting the life of 2Gezer.
Trust
We act with transparency and independence towards our clients. We want to build long-term relationships with them (which is also reflected in our values of commitment and co-construction). The same applies, of course, to our employees and partners.
