Access your CRM (MFA login)
Create and edit activities (tasks, calls, events, emails)
Access reports and dashboards
Edit and manage your reports and dashboards
Understanding and using your custom processes, fields, and objects
Communicate and share with Chatter

You will alternate between sessions led by our trainers and exercises to be completed alone or in pairs, progressing step by step towards autonomy.
